No items will be accepted for return without approval through a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This number must be visible on all packaging and shipments.
All claims for items missing from an order, or items received in error - not damaged items or freight claims - must be requested from Grand Rock Co. within 3 working days of receipt of order. All other returns that are not due to damage or warranty will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be in resalable condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase date. See Grand Rock's Freight/Shipping Policy for further details.
